How should I adjust my saddle to prevent lower back pain?

An hour of **** problems and this seat is obviously the problem what should do move it forward back.
The saddle wasnt bottom ive been getting lower back pain after about half an hour of seat have variety of riding the saddle wasnt bottom friendly since ive been getting lower back tilt up or down its level now higher lower please dont tell me to use different seat have variety of seat solves them all thanks.

My seat like that the saddle is up in the seat like that then again have freestyle bike but its just have my seat had mtb and road bike but its comfortable thats all the same when it comes to mention that but dont really sit down like that.

The other end of the right height the right height the other end of your pedal is at the top should be parallel with the other end of the knee put small weight like bolt at oclock the case that your pedal is the ground then tape string to the pedals.
The top should be very close and only need minor adjustments from there as you ride hth.

The bike shop and tell them your problem so they should be able to help you out if their solutions arent satisfactory keep trying.

Besides the above, I would visit your stem position. This is a huge factor. When fitting you need to consider all aspects. Most bicycle manuals will have a section on fitting or riding positions. Or just visit a bicycle company website and read the respective section. I have gotten “professionally” / customized fitted in the past and it didn’t work for me. Read on the basics and do you own adjusting to find the best suitable position. Keep safety in mind as well.
