For most back pain anything that takes the compression off the weight off but also putting better curve into the weight off but also putting better curve into the spine is likely to help however lying down with the weight.

The astronauts launch into space as they return to earth and spend time in space as they have and spend time in space as they return to earth and gravity takes over best of luck.

Really depends on why you have back pain. If you haven’t seen a doctor, you probably should. If your back pain is due to inflammation try actipatch. Also take some anti-inflammatory meds, like motrin. If you are not already at a healthy weight, do what you can to lose some weight- swimming and walking. Also do some core strengthening exercises. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
