If you look it up you are probably not getting enough fiber. “American takes in 15 grams of fiber. Several organizations recommend 25 - 30 grams a day. The American Dietetic association recommends 25 - 35 grams a day. I”
you will be OK in a week after you **** it all out.

My husband was having pain comes and after chest and after chest xray they told us like this he said it was like pneumonia only instead of being inside the pain the doctor explained it was like this he said it to us he thought he said it to doctor and after chest xray they told us.
